The Agony in the Garden:
Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Son, Jesus, suffered great Agony in the Garden of Eden because He knew what kind of torture awaited Him. Even more than that, Jesus suffered because He knew what awaited us. He knew the eternal torture that loomed for the souls who would reject His sacrifice. Blessed Mother, I, too, am experiencing great anxiety because (Name) is rejecting the one, true faith for which Your Son Jesus suffered and died. I ask You, Mary, who the Lord cannot refuse, obtain the grace of full conversion for (Name) and for all those who have fallen away from the faith, or who have rejected various truths of the Church. The Scourging at the Pillar:
Blessed Virgin Mary, the enemies of Your Son, Jesus, attacked Him with incessant whips and ripped open his sacred flesh. His bones were exposed, and His Blood poured out in the street. Blessed Mother, the demonic enemies of religion are now attacking (Name) with incessant errors. These are ripping apart his/her sacred soul with each destructive heresy. I ask You, Mary, who the Lord cannot refuse, obtain the grace of full conversion for (Name) and all those who have fallen away from the faith, or who have rejected various truths of the Church. The Crowning with Thorns:
Blessed Virgin Mary, the antagonists of Jesus mocked the truth of His sovereignty and divinity. They spat upon the Word incarnate and pierced his head with thorns. Blessed Mother, the antagonists of today are still mocking the truth. They spit on the Word of God by mocking and rejecting its sovereignty and divinity. I ask You, Mary, who the Lord cannot refuse, obtain the grace of full conversion for (Name) and all those who have fallen away from the faith, or who have rejected various truths of the Church. By the merits of Jesus’ crowning with thorns, may they all experience a great spiritual awakening.
The Carrying of the Cross:
Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Son, Jesus, carried the weight of a heavy cross for love of sinners and fell many times. Then, a man named Simon of Cyrene helped Him. Blessed Mother, (Name) and many of God’s children are weighed down by the crosses of life and have fallen. Please send them a Simon that will help them reach the destination God calls them to. I ask You, Mary, who the Lord cannot refuse, to obtain the grace of full conversion for (Name) and all those who have fallen away from the faith, or who have rejected various truths of the Church. The Crucifixion:
Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Son Jesus prayed for those who rejected Him, saying, “Father forgive them they know not what they do.” In the end, Blood and Water flowed from His holy side onto the centurion, who experienced an immediate conversion. Blessed Mother, today, I echo the words of Your Son, “Forgive (Name) and all those who reject Jesus, for they know not what they do.” I ask You, Mary, who the Lord cannot refuse, to obtain the grace of full, centurion-like conversion for (Name) and all those who have fallen away from the faith, or who have rejected various truths of the Church.
